Scott Anderson leads Packet Labs, an initiative to pioneer future product and business relationships, and also oversees Outreach, creating programs and alliances with technology vendors, and nurturing developer channels and communities. He focuses on building strategic relationships, and helping organizations establish and achieve game-changing ideas and goals.
Most recently, Scott served as President of Design and Technology at Intersection, Alphabet’s first acquisition in the smart city space by Sidewalk Labs. Prior to Intersection he was Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Control Group, a technology and design company that built ground-breaking digital products and platforms with a staff of 150 engineers, developers and creatives. The firm was recognized as one of AdAge magazine's Creativity 50, and Intersection has won many awards for Link, it's international public/private partnerships for next-gen internet infrastructure in cities.
Scott Anderson is co-founder of a creative re-use and mission-driven real estate development company, with an active initiative in Wassaic, NY. He also serves as General Partner at Supply Chain Ventures, an angel and early stage venture capital partnership, and is advisor and investor to several early and mid-stage business ventures.
Active in community and civic affairs, Scott has served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association, and is a board member of The Wassaic Project. He is a founder of the Maker Academy in Manhattan, a CTE public high school focused on design and technology, and a founding Board Member of the Fund for Public Housing, investing in public housing communities with public-private partnerships.
