Dave is a passionate builder and maintainer of Internet Infrastructure – with experience spanning managed hosting deployments, automated infrastructure and scaling platform services.
Prior to Packet, Dave ran the DevOps team at StormPath, a User Management platform with strict uptime and performance requirements and a globally distributed footprint. He was responsible for the platform availability, as well as managing and deploying developer environments using Docker, Chef and plenty of other goodies.
With over 10+ years of direct experience at HostRocket, Voxel and Internap as a Senior System Administrator and team leader at top hosting and cloud companies, Dave is happy to be back to his hosted infrastructure roots automating the Packet platform.
